The Max Popp Jazz trio is one of Scotland’s top tier jazz combos known for sophisticated group interplay and hard swinging drive.
Chicago native Max Popp is Scotland’s most in-demand drummer having played with some of the world’s greatest musicians including Valery Pomanarov, Jim Mullen, Tim Armacost and Enrico Tomasso.
His trio have been featured on BBC Jazz Nights as well as at myriad UK jazz festivals for the past 4 years.
