G-Man

G-Man is Gregor McPhie. As a DJ, and professional musician he has traveled the globe to entertain. As a club DJ he has spun the turntables in many of Scotland’s top clubs including headline sets at Glasgow’s legendary “Arches” Super Club. This is where he honed the craft of DJing, whether it be cueing up the classics or beatmatching electronic music, adding my madcap microphone antics along the way.

He loves to get involved and get the party started keeping it going, giving the crowd exactly what they want from the first dance to the final anthem.

With the aid of modern technology, G  Man has over 20 million tracks to choose from, played on a cutting-edge sound system that will rock your event, start to finish

G-Man comes with a guarantee to keep the dance floor full, and the dancers entertained! He says “when I am working for you, the paying customer, everything I do is to suit your requirements”.

Career:

Musically, Gregor, as he is also known, has had a great life full of musical adventures including professional guitarist, bassist, singer, recording engineer, ceilidh dance caller and live sound engineer.

Gregor was the original guitarist with the Red Hot Chilli Pipers, playing to huge live and TV audiences. After that, he toured the world with Bag Rock bands Bags of Rock and The Bag Rockers. G Man also played for a while with the legendary Scottish dance act, The Rhythmic State.

When not DJing he produces all sorts of music from techno to heavy rock and everything in-between, for clients at his recording studio, The HQ Glasgow, as a producer he works under the name of Hot knife.
