Diana Schad

Diana Schad is a superb pianist singer available for weddings and restaurant work.

Diana has been playing piano ,writing music and singing for as long as she can remember.

Over the years you might  have found her playing covers of Kate Bush, Fleetwood Mac, Cat Stevens to name just a few and her own originals anywhere she finds a piano:

Diana played her first gig, aged 16 years old the Waterfront in Bristol.   She will play anywhere even on a neglected, dusty piano in a deserted hall or on a church organ on some random train platform, just waiting to be played.

She has performed at Glasgow’s annual Open Lids fest at one of the many open mics in piano bars here in Glasgow. Perhaps you heard her  regularly guesting on a local community radio show, taking her Yamaha P120 in with me.

Diana’a debut album, Lulladi, was released during the lock downs in 2021. It’s the beginning of her recorded musical journey for others outside my immediate circles to hear. Diana tells us that Lulladi, was her radio moniker when she had her own late night show, where she interviewed and played other independent artists, giving them a much-needed and appreciated platform on which to be heard. Her second album, Water Under The Bridge, came out in 2024.
