Veterans of the Scottish entertainment scene, CEILIDH’S HEROES play furious folk melodies in a funk-tinged, contemporary style.

Led by fiddle (not a squeeze-box in sight!), they are a new breed of Scottish ceilidh band able to deliver a fresh sound appealing to young and old.

The band also includes an excellent “caller” and can DJ for the latter half of the night if required.

CEILIDH’S HEROES will live up to their name at any size of event, and are a recommended choice for weddings and corporate events especially.

The band will perform for all types of Barn Dances weddings and Ceilidhs
but they do have a very extensive range of Scottish music and dances in the authentic Scottish Ceilidh style – especially suitable for Burns Night celebrations and similar events where a genuine Scottish flavour is required. An example playlist of dances is below
