Jonas Cedervall - Pianist for Hire

Jonas Cedervall Pianist for hire Jonas was brought up in a musical home, and in 1988 he graduated from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm with a Master of Fine Arts degree. He has worked as a full-time musician ever since, and has over 20 years of experience playing a broad range of musical styles.

As well as being a pianist, Jonas is also an accomplished organist. Covering all of Scotland and the North of England, Jonas is happy to provide his own excellent quality digital piano for your event if your venue doesn’t have one.

In 2008, Jonas moved to Glasgow and married Aileen, an accordionist. Together they form the ceilidh band, “The Cedervall Two-Step”.

Background Music
Jonas plays a wide range of musical styles, including jazz, romantic, easy-listening, and the more contemporary. Please listen to some samples to get a feel for what he may be able to provide for your event. Jonas has a wide repertoire and can accommodate whatever your requirements may be.

Weddings
Jonas can play either piano or the organ for your wedding ceremony. Please listen to some samples which include love songs, and music perhaps suitable for background music during your drinks reception/dinner. Whatever your unique choice of music for your wedding, Jonas will attempt to play it for you. If sheet music is not available he can create a piano arrangement from hearing the tune.

The samples are just a small taste of Jonas’ repertoire. Whatever the piece of music you require for your special event, he will endeavour to play it for you.
