As we all know The Beatles are and most likely always will be the most successful band ever, with number 1 hits in practically every country in the world.

Think of the 60’s and you can’t help thinking of four likeable mop tops from Liverpool with great personalities and of course fantastic music. From 1963 to 1969 The Beatles were the band that everyone else tried to emulate.

The Beatles Beat take you back to the sixties, from “She Loves You”, “Hard Days Night”, and “Help” through to “Hey Jude”, “Let It Be” and “Get Back”. Featuring the same line up as The Beatles, and thanks to modern technology, the orchestral genius of George Martin is faithfully recreated to bring to life the songs you remember.

Formed in 1990 before all of the current hype with the resurgence in Beatles music, the group rehearsed for 2 years perfecting the harmonies, the sound and the feel of The Beatles. Audiences marvel at how close the band sound to the original Beatles. Winners of a recent BBC Scotland Television Talent Show, The Beatles Beat have performed live on National Television, headlined at Aberdeen Beach Ballroom playing to over 700 people, and recently performed in front of 10,000 people at an outdoor event held in Glasgow Green.

The same classic instruments of the 60’s are used from the Rickenbacker guitars to the legendary Hofner Bass. The Beatles Beat place all of their emphasis on sounding like the Fab 4, and although they wear the same suits, cuban heels etc. they don’t wear mop top wigs.
