The Versions are a 5 piece, all-live, rock and pop covers band. This is one of Scotland's Premier wedding and social function bands formed in 2000.

The band members are all accomplished musicians, all being previously involved in the professional music scene both in the U.K. and U.S.A.

Top Cats

An exciting, lively 6-piece band that really swings, The Top Cats are a band of established professional musicians with years of experience entertaining crowds.

Guaranteed to get your party or function going with a swing and fill the dance floor they play an energetic mix of classic swing numbers from the 40’s and 50’s, and up tempo jive numbers by artists such as Louis Prima and Louis Jordan.

At various times band members have toured and recorded with groups including Wet Wet Wet, Van Morrison, Mica Paris, The Proclaimers, Hue and Cry, Love and Money, Working Week, and Jimmy Ruffin.

Up Front

Up Front are a superb 5 piece band specialising in functions, balls, weddings, corporate evenings and parties.

They are immaculate and professional playing a wide selection of music from the sixties through to the present day with some standards and ballads.

Venture

Venture consists of James on Lead vocal/backing vocals and on bass guitar, with Douglas on Lead vocals/backing vocals and on Lead and rhythm guitar.

They have the advantage and addition of digitally produced backing tracks used on stage, which helps to cover a much wider selection on music.

Venture is a long established 2 piece band, and has been together since 1984, and specialises in Weddings, Functions and Dinner/Dances, and over the years the band has played in all the top hotels in Glasgow and surrounding areas, as far as Edinburgh in the east and north to the Gleneagles Hotel.

Venus

VENUS - A Sublimely Exciting Show

Toni Foster and Alex Just are Venus – a fast moving but tastefully presented melange of vocal and dance numbers featuring numerous costume changes, lead vocals from both girls and excellent harmonies.

With an instinctive feel for light and shade bringing contrasts and subtleties to the show, nevertheless the sheer energy and exuberance of these delightfully friendly girls works its magic on audiences immediately.

Waterfront

Waterfront are a 5 piece band consisting of Female vocals, Drum’s, Keyboards, Bass Guitar and Lead Guitar.

Established in 1996 – Waterfront have spent the last 10 years entertaining clients all over the country gaining a vast experience in their field.

They can cater for all occasions: weddings, parties, corporate functions, holiday centres, show bars etc.

For weddings they can provide up to 3 hours worth of entertainment with the addition of background music during breaks etc. It is their policy to leave the choice of the first two dances to that of the bride and groom; other songs are also available on special request.

A selection of Scottish dances and other traditional wedding dances are also available, though they do not cater for a full ceilidh set.

Soul-fi

Fun is the buzzword at Soul-Fi shows and if you choose this dynamic Glasgow based 7 piece for your event you will definitely not be disappointed.

Their energetic performances draw heavily from the heyday of Stax & Motown, through the funky-fied disco infused classics and Northern Soul of the 70’s to the new Soul standards of the modern day all delivered in the bands own inimitable style, with impeccable musicianship at its core beautifully underpinned by Jo Farnan’s stunning lead vocals.

Pacific

Based in Glasgow and primarily working within Scotland's central belt, Pacific are a successfully established five –piece function band specialising in Weddings, Corporate, and Private Functions, available for hire up to two years in advance.

Comprising five experienced, dynamic and creative multi-instrumentalists, Pacific is most frequently hired as an ‘all-inclusive entertainment solution’.

Most functions gather a diverse range of clientelle, therefore Pacific promote themselves as the band with 'something for all.' They will adapt a set-list specific to your requirements covering a versatile range of genres including Pop, Jazz, Swing, Motown, Ceilidh and Disco.

Stealer

Stealer are a fabulous two piece band, featuring Stephen on vocals and percussion and Peter on guitars and harmonies.

With a combination of virtuoso guitar playing, excellent vocals and seasoned stagecraft delivered through a high quality P.A. system, they deliver a 1st class professional performance. Their repertoire mixes a blend of Rock, Pop, Country and Soul, old and new, the classics and the charts, providing something for everyone while including certain numbers that are often neglected, but will bring a smile of recognition to your face.

FNUK

FNUK are a nine-piece funk, soul and disco act performing hits by artists from the last 50 years, consisting of male and female vocals, keys, guitar, bass and 3-piece horn section (sax, trumpet and trombone) all set to the solid grooves laid down by the drummer. .

The mixture of classic feel-good tunes and constant unstoppable grooves is sure to keep the dance floor filled throughout the evening.

red Hot Poker Band

The Red Hot Poker Band are a great 5 piece function band based in Glasgow. They have years of experience playing at weddings, corporate functions and parties throughout Scotland.

Featuring both male and female vocals, they cover an enormous variety of songs in their extensive set list of 60’s to present day songs and popular ceilidh music.
