The Vinyl Countdown
Showband

Two bands in one

The Vinyl Countdown Showband
The Vinyl Countdown is the perfect band for that special
occasion with the emphasis on fun and dancing. Ideal for
charity balls, private parties and weddings.
This fantastic group of professional musicians and
vocalists offer a delightfully varied repertoire that
takes the audience on a nostalgic trip down memory lane
with classic hits of the past, before coming right up to
date with the latest chart-toppers.
The combination of male and female lead vocals gives the
band the versatility to perform stunning versions of all
your favourite songs.
For your wedding the Vinyl Countdown will perform any
song you chose for your First Dance, even if it means
adding it to the set especially for you!
To give the evening a traditional Scottish flavour with
a modern twist, the band can also add a fiddle player
and perform a Ceilidh set, featuring powerful
contemporary versions of traditional dances.
The band usually perform the first set of the evening in
understated costume before returning for the second half
as their alter-egos, the kings and queens of cheese, The
Vinyl Countdown Showband!
